A native of Virginia and a resident of Fairfax County, Virginia, Mr. Harold received his law degree from The Quinnipiac University School of Law. After law school, he was privileged to obtain a position as a Fairfax County Circuit Court law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen H. McKay where he researched, prepared and advised the judge on civil and criminal motions. He also researched and drafted legal memoranda analyzing issues of Virginia law and procedure and prepared, drafted and reviewed orders for statutory compliance.
